Privacy policy

This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any conflict between this translation and the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.

PrintFlow, which operates printflow.co.il ("we"), respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on the Site, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are, under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and the regulations made under it.

1. What information we collect

  • Details you give in the sign-up form: full name, business name, phone, email, type of business and, if you wish, your business's domain.
  • Basic technical information: like any website, the server records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for security and operation.
  • Accessibility preferences: if you choose settings in the accessibility menu, they are saved only in your browser and are not sent to us.

You are not required by law to give us information. But without a name and a way to contact you, we cannot get back to you.

2. Why we use the information

  • To get back to you after you sign up, show you the system and set it up for you.
  • To manage our business relationship with you, if you choose to work with us.
  • To keep the Site secure and prevent misuse.

We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent. Every marketing message you receive will include a simple way to unsubscribe.

3. Who the information is shared with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the service, and only as far as needed:

  • The cloud and hosting provider on which the Site and our servers run (Google Cloud).
  • Our email service (Google Workspace), through which enquiries reach us.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), through which we are notified of sign-ups and contact you if you chose that.
  • Google Fonts, from which the Site's fonts are loaded. When they load, your browser contacts Google's servers.

Some providers store information on servers outside Israel, subject to the legal rules on transferring information abroad. We will also disclose information if required by law or by an order of a competent authority.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. Accessibility preferences are kept in your browser's local storage, and you can delete them at any time from the accessibility menu ("Reset") or in your browser settings.

5. How long information is kept

Sign-up details that did not lead to an agreement are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact and then deleted. If you do business with us, the information is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards as the law requires.

6. Information security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS), limited access permissions and storage on secure servers. No security is perfect, and if a serious security incident occurs we will act as the law requires.

7. Your rights

  • To review the information kept about you (section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law).
  • To ask us to correct or delete information that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date (section 14 of the Law).
  • To ask us to stop sending you marketing messages, at any time.

To use a right, write to us. We will answer as soon as possible and within the times the law sets.

8. Minors

The Site and the service are intended for businesses and for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its update date.
