Welcome to printflow.co.il (the "Site"). The Site is operated by PrintFlow (the "Company", "we"). Use of the Site and of its sign-up form is subject to these terms.

1. What the Site offers

The Site presents PrintFlow, a management system for print, signage and printing businesses. On the Site you can learn about the system and sign up so that we contact you to set it up. Signing up on the Site is an enquiry and does not oblige you to buy anything.

2. Prices and agreements

No prices are shown on the Site. The price, the modules and the service terms are set in a quote and in a separate agreement between the Company and the customer. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement prevails. Some modules are offered for an additional fee.

3. Signing up

• You must give correct and complete details in the sign-up form. You may not sign up in the name of another person or business without permission.
• We may choose not to respond to an enquiry, or decline to do business, if the details are wrong or the use appears improper.
• The details you give are stored and handled under our privacy policy.

4. Permitted use

You may not use the Site in a way that harms it or other users, including: sending automated or bulk form submissions, trying to break into our systems, systematically copying the Site's content, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site and in the PrintFlow system, including the name, logo, design, texts, illustrations and code, belong to the Company. You may not copy, distribute or make commercial use of them without written permission.

6. Information on the Site

We try to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. Descriptions, mock-ups and examples are for illustration, and the system may change and be updated from time to time. The binding commitment about the system's capabilities is the one in the agreement.

The accounting in the system follows the requirements of the Israel Tax Authority. Features that require Tax Authority approval will be turned on only after that approval is received.

7. Availability and liability

The Site is provided "as is". There may be interruptions, faults or maintenance work. Subject to any law, the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by using the Site or by being unable to use it.

8. Links to other sites

The Site may include links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time of use, and the update date appears at the top of the page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Site are governed only by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Southern District, in Be'er Sheva, have exclusive jurisdiction.
