Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any conflict between this translation and the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.

PrintFlow believes in giving equal service to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to make printflow.co.il meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Accommodations) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines.

What we have done on the site

  • The site has a semantic structure, with ordered headings and labelled navigation areas, and the language and text direction of each page are set in the code.
  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard, and every page starts with a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Every field in the sign-up form has a label, and required fields are marked.
  • Text colours were chosen for readable contrast. Buttons and links have a clear focus outline.
  • The site works on phones, tablets and computers, and text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content.
  • Animations stop automatically if you have turned on "reduce motion" on your device.

The accessibility menu

There is an accessibility button in the corner of the screen (you can also open it with Alt+A). It lets you enlarge text, raise contrast, highlight links, switch to a readable font, increase spacing, stop animations and enlarge the mouse pointer. Your preferences are saved only in your own browser.

The menu is an extra convenience. It does not replace the accommodations built into the site's code.

Known limitations

Short animations play when the site opens and in some sections. You can stop them from the accessibility menu. If you find something that is not accessible, please tell us and we will fix it.

Accessible service arrangements

PrintFlow's service is given online: you sign up on the site, and we then support you by phone, WhatsApp and email. If another way of signing up or getting information suits you better, contact us and we will adapt the service.

Reporting an accessibility problem or asking for an accommodation

To help us act quickly, please tell us which page had the problem, what you were trying to do, and which browser and device you used. We will get back to you as soon as possible, and no later than 60 days, as the regulations require.
